Larry can recommend a price that positions us, favorably, in the market. Offers can be higher or lower than our asking price. The more offers, the higher the final selling price will be. We want to be strategically positioned at an optimum price, in order to “entice” as many buyers as possible. If you are a buyer and you see other buyers wanting the same property, “you will want it; even more!”
You will be supplied with a full presentation of sold, for sale and expired houses that are comparable to your home. Together, we will establish the asking price.
